About This Curse
Formed in 2011 under the name “The Blessing of This Curse” in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, This Curse is comprised of Ethan Kennedy (vocals), Joey Galletta (vocals/guitar), Blake Van Curen (bass), Branton Shpilevsky (keys), and Jake Fletcher (drums). As the band developed their heavy meets catchy “metal-core” sound, they released three EPs which began to build their local following and beyond. After their 2016 EP release Emergence, the lead single “Quicksand” was featured on Spotify’s “Metalcore” playlist
