themillionstars first aligned themselves in 2007 above the open fields of Essex, England, when Rose Moore (vocals, piano, harmonium, dulcimer, bassoon, recorders) had a madcap plan... to bring to life the music that had formed in her daydreams, a world away from her desk-job(editor for composers Sir Peter Maxwell Davies, Alexander Goehr, Judith Weir and Gavin Bryars); simple melodic pop music with folk in its heart, woven around poems of love and loss.
