The World Is Quiet Here is a progressive band from Oshkosh, Wisconsin formed in 2010 by guitarists Isaac Stolzer-Gary and Ethan Felhofer. Their goal is to push meaningful stories through music, without being limited to specific genres and traditional, defining musical practices.
