The Three Flames were an American early rhythm and blues group which had its own NBC radio show in the mid-1940s and a television show on NBC television in 1949, and which incorporated guitarist from 1945 to 1956 Tiger Haynes, an American jazz musician, actor and ex-boxer and, in 1954, Sammy Benskin (September 27, 1922 – August 26, 1992) an African American pianist.
