The Tears was an English rock supergroup formed in 2004 by former Suede members Brett Anderson and Bernard Butler, alongside Will Foster (keyboardist), Nathan Fisher (bassist), and Makoto Sakamoto (drummer), who had previously worked with Delicatessen and Lodger. The collaboration between Anderson and Butler was highly anticipated, and their early concerts and sole album, "Here Come the Tears," received positive reviews from critics. The band was short-lived, disbanding in 2006.
