About The Switch
There are at least four bands operating under the name. One is from Oslo, Norway, one is from NYC, one from Pittsburgh in the USA, the other from the Channel Island of Jersey, UK. The Switch (Norway) was founded in 2009 and recides in Oslo. As of 2021 the band has released 7 full length albums. The 2016 album The Switch Album earned the band Spellemannsprisen for best indie album of 2016. Spellemannsprisen is the Norwegian equivalent of the Grammy's.
