About The Strangeways
There is more than one group with this name: 1)The Strangeways are a ska band from Florida formed in 1995. 2)The Strangeways were a British mod-influenced power pop/new wave duo. It was made up of Wakefield musicians Ada Wilson and Bas Snaith. They are best known for their 1978 single "Show Her You Care" and the 1979 follow-up "Wasting Time". The latter tune was produced by Tommy Ramone (of the Ramones).
