About The South Coast Ska Stars
The South Coast Ska Stars were a British ska studio project led by guitarist Ray Fenwick. The group also featured keyboardist Tony Bird, bassist Terry Pack, drummer Keith Hoad and sax player Wes Magoogan. Their only 45 was 'South Coast Rumble' b/w 'Head On' (1980). The B-side was the lead track in Germany, where the single also got a release. Some unreleased tracks later appeared on the compilation 'Mod City'.
