About The Somatics
The Somatics formed in 1999 and are based in the Hyde Park area of Leeds. Comprising of Richard Green - Guitar/Vocals, Stephanie Green - Bass/Vocals & Bruce Henry Renshaw - Drums. First Release was in June 2001 - LAST DAYS IN AN OLD TOWN on Shifty Disco. This was followed by their signing to BEGGARS BANQUET Records. The single LEMONADE was released in April 2002 followed a month later by their debut album THE SOMATICS. DID YOU EVER LOVE ME? was released on MISC Records in November 2004.
