About The Social Workers
From Ancaster, Ontario The Social Workers current line up was fully formed in February, 2010. Their music is rock with the occasional piano, synth, or shaker thrown in for good measure. The Casbah could be considered their origin as it is there that they first started playing shows. They have played with the likes of Mother Mother, Japandroids, Said The Whale, Magneta Lane, Young Rival, Yukon Blonde and The Besnard Lakes among others. Although influences of The Strokes
