The Rayo Brothers are a progressive bluegrass band from Lafayette, LA. “Sounds like Mumford and Sons’ cousins from the South….one part GQ, one part string band, and all fun” (Times of Acadiana). They play a roots mixture of bluegrass, folk, blues, and outlaw country, drawing stylistic inspiration from the new generation of folk music - bands such as Mumford and Sons, the Avett Brothers, and Crooked Still. The band formed in December 2011
