About The Flatbellys
The Flatbellys are a young bluegrass band from Lansing, Michigan. Bursting onto the scene in May of 2008, they have quickly won the hearts and ears of the local acoustic communities, and have wisely spent their time traveling around Michigan making friends and playing music for anyone that will listen. They are a 4 piece band (banjo, mandolin, guitar, and upright bass), and take great pride in the effort they have made to learn how to play authentic
