The One Who Makes Noise (also named T.H.Fox, Tom Hunts Foxes), born Tom Balogh, September 26, 1988, in Czechoslovakia, Europe, is an alternative semi-electronic music artist. He grew up in Nové Zámky, Slovak Republic and started producing music around the age of 14. Maybe he is the most unknown artist in the music world... He has an another side project under the name The Analog Orchestra.
