About The New Sincerity
The New Sincerity was a lofi indie rock band from Vancouver, British Columbia that was the solo project of Arps, now of Bit Depth. The New Sincerity put out 6 albums from 2020 to 2021, each taking a different and unique approach to a lofi sound. It was also apparently the name of some other band from like 2006 that had the following bio: "Deep inside the core of every jaded rock critic, cynical indie fan, and fickle hipster beats the memory of what music was to them before they cared about the scene, the crowd, or the next big thing.
