About The Moth
1) The Moth is a sludge metal/stoner metal three-piece from Hamburg, Germany that formed in 2012. They released their debut, 'They Fall', in mid-2013 through This Charming Man Records. With a style somewhat like Baroness, Mastodon, and Kylesa, they're influenced by riff-ready rock n' roll as well as aggressive metal. More info is here. 2) The Moth is the name of a media collective group based in New York, New York. Dedicated to the art and craft of storytelling, poet and novelist George Dawes Green founded it in 1997.
