About The Modulations
The Modulations recorded their only album in Philadelphia, U.S.A., although they originated from Durham, North Carolina. They worked with the mainstay of the city's 'Philly sound' musicians / arrangers / producers including Norman HarrIs and MFSB during the mid-70's. Their recordings include It's Rough Out Here at Buddah label (1975). This album included the popular title track and I'm Hopelessly In Love, popular on the U.K. soul scene.
