About The Long Faces
The Long Faces first developed a love for writing music in Canterbury, soaking up the city’s heritage of progressive rock, along with contemporary jazz and choral music. They released a string of singles between 2017-18 whilst studying in the city, which over time have attracted a large online following that reaches from the UK to all corners of the world. After the release of their debut EP in 2020, the group’s direction took a key turn, with Harry Shapiro joining as a new member on bass, and Halden Cooke trading lead guitar for violin.
