The Life and Times of William Shakespeare is the pseudonym of Kansas-born, Arizona-raised youngster Blake Elliot Williams. The project came about as a home-recording experiment, created in off time of 2005 during stints with several local pop punk bands. These recordings channel his distinct influences, with songs branching from two-minute twee-pop love songs to music reminiscent of the 60's folk revival scene. From borderline folk punk to fuzzy experimental waltzes.
