About The League of Decency
THE LEAGUE OF DECENCY is Atlanta, Georgia's prime purveyor of Swing, Soul, and Roots Rock 'n' Roll. The League was founded in 1984 by Tommy Dean and Billy Mcpherson as a duo performing weekly at The Point in Little 5 Points. After a four year run, The Point changed hands in 1988, Mcpherson left for Seattle, and Dean started building a larger group with an enormous reputation. A major facet of this musical group is the tight-knit horn section featuring Earl Ford on trombone
