About The Kent Boys
The Kent Boys are a three-piece band (Poor Pelly, Bradlyboy & Clarkeyboy) from the Oshawa/Orono area of Durham Region Ontario. They recently joined the Transitor 66 Record Co out of Winnipeg. Punk-grass is what might come to mind when their homemade instruments are brought together with three-part harmonies. Instruments such as a washtub bass, suitcase kick-drum and a washtub snare that creates a high-powered, foot stomping blend of country, folk and punk music.
