About The Honkers
The Honkers é um grupo de rock formado em Salvador, Bahia, no final da década de 90. É conhecido por suas turnês extravagantes e performances bizarras em suas apresentações. Apesar de ter alcançado projeção internacional na cena underground e influenciado diversos artistas, tem na sua discografia apenas dois EPs e uma Demo lançados. Sua música é muito influenciada pelo rock sessentista, ainda que reverbere muita contemporaneidade. E embora seja bastante melódica, também é capaz de conter material mais pesado.
