http://hardliner.info The Hardliner's eponymous material is diverse, shifting from the retrospectively animated jilt of commodore 8bit ogg demos to a densely layered pastiche of compression artifact-riddled lobit minimal gabber and techno-whatever. The sounds themselves are simple, when not outright cheap or cheesy, and it is with these reduced and blurry blocks that The Hardliner manages to glitch and mod something seriously unboring. With such an underemphasis on the packaging, there's emphasis on idea itself.
