BIO (català) The Gramophone Allstars neix la primavera de 2008 amb la ciutat de Barcelona com a centre neuràlgic però amb membres de diverses parts del territori català. El grup ofereix principalment un repertori dominat per les sonoritats que fusionen ska i jazz , però interessant-se també per estils com el boogaloo, el rocksteady, el soul o la bossa nova. Així presenten tan composicions pròpies fidels al seu estil com arranjaments de clàssics del jazz en clau ska-jazz.
