About The Follies
The Follies is an Utrecht improvisation trio consisting of Mark Versteegen, Martijn Buser and Jan den Besten. Some years ago Alexander Peterhans molested a couple of fingerpickin' guitar tracks by Mark. These electronic concoctions are no longer recognizable as such, but they sure do intrigue. In Februari 2008 Jan den Besten added himself to Martijn and Mark to 'finish' the five songs (that's what they are, between three and four-and-a-half minutes).
