About The Folding and the Point
The Folding and the point creates a music from concrete sounds, wind instruments and processed organs, which lean on floating textures and profound basses. A calm and horizontal world of permeable landscapes. The Folding and the point is the project of the Envelope Collective founder, Olivier Arson (Paris, 1979). In 2001, he gives his firsts concerts in Iceland where he lived for 4 years, sharing line-ups with múm, Ampop and Skurken among others.
