About The First Street Heat
2009-2011 This Athens, Ohio collective has gone through many changes since its inception in the early Winter days of 2009. The behemoth was born through the meeting of two dream-filled souls, Jack Gould and young sir Benjamin Stewart Kain. After jamming on the Ohio University East College Green, the idea of forming a band was planted firmly in their heads. They gathered the most talented musicians all across campus, first recruiting their good friends (some old and some new) Eric Turner, Jesse Catania, Chris Mack, and Nick Graham.
