The Darien Venture are four young men from various parts of Scotland. They play math-pop with beach boys-esque harmonies over the top. Batteries not included. http://www.facebook.com/thedarienventure The name comes from an unsuccessful attempt by the Kingdom of Scotland to establish a colony on the Isthmus of Panama in the 1690s. Only history buffs and you know this.
