About The Daou
The Daou was a New York, NY electronica/dance duo consisting of Peter Daou and his wife Vanessa Daou. Their only album, Head Music, was released in 1992 as part of a multi-album deal Vanessa signed with Columbia Records. Creative differences led Vanessa to negotiate her way out of her contract and in 1994, Vanessa Daou was billed as a solo act.
