About The Daniel Grade
The Daniel Grade were a British indie/pop/rock band from the late 80’s/early 90’s. They emerged from the post punk industrial scene in 1985 as a more song based version of Drey Grade www.dreygrade.co.uk. Their sound developed from synth and early sample based songs and experiments into songs underpinned with chord heavy piano and synths, distorted guitar, bass and drums. They played live in Brighton and London, headlining and supporting such bands as The Cranberries, The Boo Radleys, New Fast Automatic Daffodils, 5.30, and Intastella.
