About The Clones Project
The Clones Project is an indietronica band from Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation. It was born in 2005 as a side project of Denis Antonov, the drummer of well-known Russian post-punk band Последние Танки в Париже (The Last Tanks in Paris) and instrumental band Uniquetunes. In the beginning, he produced and performed the music by himself with laptop and synthesizers, but "it is so dull, when you see a man looking at his laptop monitor on the stage," so he decided to rearrange his music with live instruments.
