[1] The Chartbusters were an American group that had a big hit with the single "She's The One" in 1964, during the height of The British Invasion. The Chartbusters were managed by Bobby Poe and featured lead vocalist/lead guitarist Vernon Sandusky. [2] There is also a Jazz group named The Chartbusters. Under the nominal leadership of tenor and soprano saxophonist Craig Handy, this group achieved a measure of distinction owing to a small number of well-conceived and implemented albums.
