About The Bomarr Monk
The Bomarr Monk (Matt Valerio) is 1/3 of Anticon collective's Oakland,CA based ghettotech-psy-hop-tronica trio Restiform Bodies. Together with the two other members, Passage (David Bryant) and Telephone Jim Jesus (George Chadwick), Bomarr moved from home (New Hampshire) to Oakland to (as the official anticon.com description puts it), "contribute to the Anticon massive". When Chadwick is on tour or for any other reason absent from Oakland, Valerio and Bryant perform as Bat Rays
