The Blue Hit was a unique electroacoustic trio from Austin, Texas. John McGee offered up guitar moods that are sometimes edgy, sometimes smooth, and sometimes other-worldly. You never knew if he would be playing acoustic or electric, and most of the time you wonder, "How did he do that???" David "Deemo" Moss is a cellist unlike any other you've ever seen. It was worth the trip just to watch him play. He had lots of sound from that instrument - sometimes subtle, sometimes strong, always right in the pocket.
