There are 6 groups by this name: 1. The Blisters were an early 90s rock band from Glassglow. In 1996 they became The Karelia. 2. The Blisters are an alternative rock band from Selkirk, Manitoba. Their first release, Insects EP was released for free download via bandcamp (www.theblisters.bandcamp.com) on February 15th 2011. 3. The Blisters are a punk rock band founded in New Jersey by Stephen "Nitti" Bahr and Bil Kleemeyer. Active mainly from 1986-1997, they have since had many re-union shows on into 2012.
