The Blissters are the winners of the 2007 Starbucks Avant Grande music competition, and have been featured on radio programs across the country and around the world. In 2007, The Blissters were profiled artists on the "Local Anesthetic Show" on WXRT FM, the largest rock-format station in Chicago. The single, "Just Like You" was voted the number one 93XRT/Starbucks competition winner in the Midwest. They have been featured in the Chicagoist, the Chicago Tribune, the Austin American-Statesman, and the Huffington Post.
