About The Black Tones
Simply put...The Black Tones are like a mixture of Kurt Cobain and cornbread. Consisting of founders/twin siblings Eva Walker on guitar/vocals and Cedric Walker on drums, the blues- and punk-based dynamo continuously project subversion, power and the potential for something new on stage. Born and raised in Seattle WA, they credit their family's New Orleans roots as an influence on their music and writing. During the past year, the band’s name has been on the tongue of nearly everyone who follows the richness of Seattle music.
