About The Bench Connection
The Bench Connection are an acoustic duo whose debut album 'Around The House In 80 Days' is due for release in March 2007. Having already drawn comparisons with Simon & Garfunkel, Traffic, John Martyn and Nick Drake, one thing is sure: The Bench Connection's debut album is a distinctly English affair. It is two English songwriters writing and recording songs with a sound supposedly lost in the 70's; but songs that are as much at home in the here and now as they would have been then.
