About The Bastas
The Bastas are a 6 piece Reggae / Ska / dub band from a small area in North Yorkshire, England, with ideals heavily rooted in unity, peace and love as well as beliefs that consist of anti-racist, anti-homophobic and anti-fascist notions. The band are virtually unique in their area. The members of the band form a diverse musical line up, with influences in a very large number of music styles, and with some of the members being multi-instrumentalists, ideas flow thick and fast.
