About The Argonauts
There are four bands that share the same name. 1. The Argonauts formed in London, UK in 2003 by Daniel Fell (vocals, acoustic guitar), Pete Martin (bass, backing vocals) and Matt Hamilton (guitar) and Terry Swain (vocals, drums). They recorded the independent Telling Stories EP in the summer of 2004, which was championed by John Peel and XFM's Claire Sturgess. The band played many shows acoustically due to Terry being unavailable before welcoming Ben Handysides into the fold.
