About Terea
Terea was the early alias of American singer-songwriter Sharon Robinson (real name Sharon Terea Robinson). Due to the tax shelter issues with the Baby Grand label, Sharon was reluctant to use her own name, hence using her middle name Terea to release her self-titled album in 1977. Terea also consisted of members from the funk band Street Heat, who were also labelmates with Sharon, releasing their self-titled debut in the same year.
