About Tara Fuki
Tara Fuki is a duo of classically-trained female cellist/vocalists - Andrea Konstankiewicz (Polish) and Dorota Barova (Czech). Their music defies a single genre, infusing jazz and classical elements with village-folk and gypsy themes, "world" and electronic beats and beautifully delivered lyrics in Polish, Czech and other languages. Both violoncellists have been keen on music since their childhood (conservatory, studying musicology, different musical projects), but only when they met in Brno in the year of 2000 duo Tara Fuki could be born.
