About TAEKO
There are multiple artists who go by TAEKO. Taeko Shibata (柴田妙子) is a Japanese gospel singer from Osaka who made her debut in 1983. In 1997, she formed the gospel choir TAEKO + THE V.O.W, group that later contributed a song for Dance Maniax 2ndMIX, being her first contribution to Konami's BEMANI series of rhythm games. Taeko is also one of the earliest commissioned vocalists in the GuitarFreaks & DrumMania series, contributing frequently since drummania 2ndMIX up to GuitarFreaks V & DrumMania V.
