About Syphus
Syphus is a demoscene/8bit/chiptune musician based in Newcastle, UK. He is a member of Swedish Amiga/C64 demogroup Up Rough and composes mainly on the Commodore Amiga, having done so since a very young age when first exposed to the pioneering chipmusic exponents of the late '80s and early '90s - Radix, 4mat, Lizard King, Cartoon, TDK, etc. As well as having released many tunes in scene productions over the years, Syphus performs his music live.
