About Swordbearer
Swordbearer is a one-man folk metal band from The Forest of Glen Gardner, New Jersey that was started in 2004. All music and vocals are the work of one man named Rhode Rachel. He takes influence from bands such as Bathory, Moonsorrow, Windir, Nokturnal Mortum, Finntroll, Volkolak and many others. His debut album "Inspired by the Trees" was released in August 2009. Rhode is also involved or has been involved in other projects such as Folkearth and Folkodia.
