About Surfers
There are two groups by the name 'The Surfers'. 1. Long before Jack Johnson and Donavon Frankenreiter hit the scene with chilled acoustic tunes, three world class surfers (the ever-cool Rob Machado, Peter King, and the greatest of all time - Kelly Slater) put together a cd full of relaxed and deeply layered tracks. When most expected to hear thrash and punk this trio put out a set of laid back, layered and surprisingly deep tunes. 2. A Dutch group consisting of Iwan Groenendijk
