Formed in May 2008, Suplex The Kid are one of the most exciting bands to come out of the fertile Glasgow music scene. Citing a love of Post Rock and garnering comparisons to Explosions In The Sky, Suplex The Kid are already challenging their sonic heroes, with their increasing reputation leaving comparison redundant. Prolific as well as perfectionist, Suplex The Kid have self-released an eponymous debut album, recorded with legendary Mogwai producer Andy Miller
