There are (at least) two groups called Supersister: a Dutch progressive rock band and a British girl group. 1. Supersister was an experimental rock band from The Hague, The Netherlands, active from 1968 to 1974 and again from 2019 onwards. They play a jazz-tinged brand of progressive rock. The classic line-up of the 1970s featured Robert Jan Stips (keyboards, vocals), Sacha van Geest (flute), Marco Vrolijk (drums) and Ron van Eck (bass). The band started as a playful school band under the name Sweet OK Supersister in 1968
