About Sudden Rush
Sudden Rush is the name of several artists. 1) A Hawaiian combo that blends hip hop and Hawaiiana, with several tunes offering pointed critiques of colonialism and strong support for the Hawaiian independence movement. 2) A band composed of five talented siblings from Vancouver, British Columbia, with roots in the Hmong music community. Fronted by lead singer Pat Her, along with her four brothers, the band has built a loyal following with its distinct style.
