About Submodern
submodern was born deep in the computer science labs of Harvey Mudd College, a haven of nerds and oddballs. Honing their musical minds on such family favorites as Ween, Butthole Surfers, Aphex Twin, Autechre, and Tool, the duo began to produce first blips, then some bleeps, an occasional whirp... and then one day the dam broke and the waters of submodern began to flow. submodern is a collective of like minds, each one contributing musically and spiritually
