Jalen Jackson, known professionally as Subiibaii, is an underground American rapper and audio engineer. Subii began releasing music on his SoundCloud page in November 2021. Although gaining very little success when he first started, he first gained attraction from his EP, WEBB. Songs off the EP such as “Zendayuh” and “DABOSS” would catch virality through TikTok, thanks to Subi’s self-made genre “Vamp Jerk,” resembling the era of the 2010’s Jerk trend and his use of pitching and speeding up most of his songs.
